Tried Jardiance twice. Both times got urinary tract infections. Black box warnings indicate persons over 75 years old have a higher incidence of UTIs. I am over 75 yrs old.

Yes this is a side affect warning. I have been taking now about 6 months with no side effects.

@cghader I am 82 and have been taking it now for a bout 3 months, no UTIs but did have a yeast infection that took a couple weeks and oral medication to get rid of. I have read where that is more likely when you first start taking it - don't know why.
