How does DISH on the thorasic spine change your life going forward?

I was recently diagnosed with DISH on the thorasic spine. I have had intermittent back spasms for many years that would last for several days. The spasms would start for no reason and stop as quickly as they came.

I was as well. Will get wicked spasms for no reason. Have you found anything that helps your spasms? I was thinking of seeing my pain guy to see if an injection of Botox would help.
