Has anyone tried Bondia for your Osteopenia/Osteoporosis

Has anyone tried Bondia, a supplement which I believe is a probiotic for your Osteopenia/Osteoporosis? If so, can you share your experience with Bondia? I am considering it but it is expensive so would appreciate any feedback anyone has. Thank you.

Have you seen any credible research on this? Mos Osteoporosis has a direct link to loss of estrogen in menopause.

Never heard of it until you mentioned it…it’s so new I think I would want a lot more information!

I found this video by Dr Lucas discussing Bondia. He goes round and round and never comes to a good conclusion (in my opinion).

He stated that the trials were very specific regarding the women who were included. The Bondia trials primarily focused on women who were 1-6 years postmenopausal with osteopenia or a BMI greater than or equal to 30. The studies aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of Bondia in slowing bone loss in this specific group. The women in the trials did not have osteoporosis; they were specifically selected for having osteopenia.

So it doesn't sound like Bondia would benefit me since I'm 76 and already have severe osteoporosis.
