Suggest you check with the American Heart Association website re size of aneurysm guidelines.
They recently changed it for women from 5.5 cm to 5.0 cm for surgery.
I don't know if they changed it for men.

@ewei6911 Surgery depends on underlying conditions some people have it earlier than 5.0 but my Cardiologist said 5.5 cm as the baseline
