@kjoed53 I heartily agree with D3 with magnesium. The B12 is so important also.
I have believed in supplementing our solid foods for years with vitamin supplements. The D and magnesium brought he out of a very bad episode of health. Also stopped for me being dizzy at times. As an example, I would raise from bed and the room would be spinning, so to speak.
