@kevincurtin ...Are you doing anything special to help keep it under control?
Mine jumped in one year from 4.7 to. 5.5...have now decreased my gym workout to avoid spikes in BP.

@melcarey260846 - When I was first diagnosed my cardiologist put me on metropylol and told me to avoid heavy lifting - other than that I am not doing anything differently
