I have one and am getting it removed soon. My doctor said they normally grow a millimeter a year. However, mine is the size of a golf ball, so I must have had it for about 40 years. He took me off hrt because that will increase the growth faster. Mine is not showing any symptoms, it was found after a fall where I hit my head while walking my dog. Good luck.

@lovestocook: One of the questions asked by my neuro doctor was if I had ever had HRT. When I answered, "yes," I asked him why he had asked. He said that some studies are suggesting there might be a correlation between taking estrogen and developing meningiomas. I had one removed (craniotomy) and still have 2 left. (6mm and 8mm) I'm on active surveillance for those remaining two and just hope they remain stable.
