Mine was 3.9 cm in 2020. Went to 4.4 in 2021 4.6 in 2022 and been holding steady at 4.6 since. Get it checked once a year now to make sure it stays below 5.5

Suggest you check with the American Heart Association website re size of aneurysm guidelines.
They recently changed it for women from 5.5 cm to 5.0 cm for surgery.
I don't know if they changed it for men.

Mine jumped in one year from 4.7 to. 5.5...have now decreased my gym workout to avoid spikes in BP.
