@dpayton All Eligard/Lupron (same active ingredient) does is suppress testosterone so as long as it stays down you are still getting the clinical effect. Will last at least 3 months more and may be 6-12 months (if younger recovery tends to be quicker). The 18-month course is likely to give you 24 months of suppression. Continue to check PSA & testosterone. Your body should notice significant recovery without a test (libido).
