Did you need a prior authorization? I will be in the same boat if the PA gets approved. If not it would be out of pocket and I cannot afford that. I will and can do the $2100 but no more than that.

@diane2154 Yes. Tymlos was originally denied by my Medicare Part D insurance company. My provider had to appeal, and ithe appeal was approved.
Tymlos was not on my formulary list. So the appeal had it added as an exception.
