I’ve been on Lyrica for 3 yrs. Dose has gone up to 100mg 3x per day. I take dose immediately when I get up 3pm and 10pm just be bed. Pain is manageable until around 5am. My worst issue is the numbness in my feet has reached the point where I it on the entire bottom of my feet and starting to progress to my ankles. Lyrica does nothing on the numbness for me.

@corkybailey You're right - nothing for the numbness.
@corkybailey ~ Oh gosh, I'm so sorry. I have some numbness, but nothing like what you describe. I haven't run across anything - drugs, topicals, etc. - that helps with that. Some people have said exercise, probably to keep the circulation going. Praying the medical profession finds something to help with that soon! If I run across anything, I'll be sure to post, and hopefully others will as well. Best wishes to you!

Welcome @corkybailey, I have idiopathic small fiber neuropathy with numbness only, no real pain so I'm not on any neuropathy medications as there are none that help numbness (or I haven't heard of anyone that's found one). Have you tried any other medications for pain relief?
