I did this while I was at the PT office giving PT for my knee replacement. My vertigo wasn’t too bad at the time, but it was bothering me.

I tried this technique and immediately made me sick, Just the opposite effect that it should have caused, and I had a Physical therapist showing me how to do it, right.

Hopefully, it will work for the person here that needs it. I was expecting more.

I had one technique where I had to almost get upside down and it worked, I’m getting too old to do that one.
