@swalex my doc said vitamin k isn’t a big problem with xarelto. Just to avoid high dose supplementation. I was checked for APS and every other clotting disorder in the book. The three I have are FVL, factor 2 mutation, and MTHFR….which I refer to as the M***** F***** lol. This thing has been like a domino effect in my life. The brain injury and the epilepsy are the worst right now. I haven’t had a seizure or aura since December 15, 2024. That day I was sitting in my recliner watching football, had a full blown seizure in front of my family. I was convulsing so hard that I broke my arm just below the neck of my humorous. I woke up in the ER thinking to myself “great it happened again”. They didn’t discharge me with any new meds or rescue meds….went home and had another one. I tore my rotator cuff, but I am a little hesitant of coming off xarelto to get it fixed. It has been hard coming to terms with so many health probs at such a young age. I do appreciate your insight, we can get through this together.
