https://shouldice.com/ is the well known hospital in Thornhill, Ontario which only does hernia surgery and without a mesh. Senator Rand Paul MD, (R-Ky) had his surgery there. Maybe he knows something.

@thmssllvn Yes, and it really pisses me off when doctors in my area advertise that they are trained in the Canadian Method using the latest mesh techniques😤!
That clinic doesn’t even have doctors doing the repairs - but highly skilled practitioners (nurses, techs) who do the procedure the EXACT same way every time.
Their relapse level is almost ZERO. I think Rand Paul paid $14K for his procedure at the time.
