Possible failure of Nissen Fundoplication (2021)

I had the Nissen Fundoplication done 1 year ago for Hiatal Hernia and reflux (daily). Since then, I have had shortness of breath that won't go away. I've been scoped for vocal cord dysfunction, and the vocal cords are in good shape.
Has anyone else with the NF experienced shortness of breath?

I have had nothing done except EGD and CT scan, but my major symptom is SOB. Not all the time. It comes and goes and I start feeling bad.
