@tmitch I'm no penile therapy expert, but it looks like the experts are working on trials to fully determine the benefit of using vibration therapy post prostatectomy. I suspect the therapists are looking at it since vibration therapy has been studied for men with spinal cord injuries, where medical grade vibration therapy is now appears to be a standard methodology. However, it doesn't look to be fully determined post prostatectomy, so there are big trials underway right now.
My quick analysis reading between the lines: it can't hurt and it might help. It is supposed to helpful for achieving orgasm, even with a flaccid penis. The medical grade ones are expensive; Viberect Pro $400 and the FERTICARE 2.0 $740 (stupid expensive) Some have recommended the consumer model Pulse Solo $120 as a cheaper option.
I'd be curious what other peoples experiences are???
