@janemc Hi Sarah, Welcome to the group! Once your medication is adjusted to which dosage is best for you, it does become easier. I’ve had ET for 24 years and am doing great! I’ve been on Hydroxyuria (Hydrea) for 19 years without any problems. I hope you have the same results too! Best of luck to you!
