I have a very sore tooth. Antibiotics are not helping right away (1 1/2 days). I had my 3rd Prolia injection mid March. The dentist gave me a referral to have an old root canal redone.
Is it possible the problem is ONJ? I told the dentist about the Prolia, but how prevalent is experience with ONJ?

@margaretrobin I have had a ton of teeth problems, my last one was a tooth that hurt and the dentist couldn't find anything wrong with it. He sent me to the root canal expert who did a Cat scan of the tooth and discovered it was bone loss and the tooth was moving. I had to have it extracted (and then had an implant placed). I am wondering if you sore tooth should have a cat scan.... (I was on tymlos, not prolia)
