Well another update it’s 2026. I poorly thought after nearly 3 years of healing and extremely mild stenosis symptoms I thought I could start pushing again. (The foot issue completely resolved as did the lateral leg. It took a few months but the buzzing did resolve.) However in about 4 months I ended up with sciatic pain / tingling and mild transient buzzing - vibrating along the back of the quad on my right leg. Seems to run along the sciatic nerve path. I am here to just say that I am not learning but I will this time. I am 5 weeks into recovery the pain is gone / but the symptoms are lingering but slowly improving. Spinal Stenosis / Scoliosis must be taken seriously and exercise can be done at decent levels. Just not heavy weights and high resistance (at least for me) I was given good advice by this group and I did not listen. I apolgize! I am open to scolding and any suggestions you might have - thanks.

@jeffkboyce Thanks for the update. It is a good reminder for a lot of us. No scolding coming from this part of the peanut gallery! Been there done that and old age came and I don't have to worry as much about over doing it. 🙃
