What are your thoughts? Symptoms: Shortness of breath, burning pain in feet, cold feet, fatigue, headaches, dizzy at times, blood pressure elevated some, palpitations, pulse ox stays around 92 but does drop down to as low as 86 but comes back up between 92 and 96. Before I had pneumonia in 2025 pulse ox was always 99 to 100, last symptom asthma. All testing shows heart and lungs are fine. The fatigue, shortness of breath, and brain fog are making it hard to do my job. Have been trying to work with the doctors to see what is going on. Thank you for any thoughts you share.
