@2024tymloshelp I wouldn’t call it a true drug holiday! I just refused and did not start Prolia. It worked out for me for a long time. I was in my 30’s and did well. Now I’m 70 and can’t imagine an another fracture because I didn’t do everything I could to prevent it! I just hope I don’t get one anyway!
