@taylorma, I haven't tried one but have read a few articles on possible benefits. @cecelia19 was trying to find others that may have used grounding mats for neuropathy in another discussion. Not sure if she actually tried one thought. Here are some articles I found if you haven't already seen them.

@johnbishop and all... Hello, John. Interestingly, I have a friend using one for the last couple of years with excellent results. She got hers originally from her chiropractor and used it since. No sheets though, although I've checked them out to see if there's any real benefit. I was quite tempted to try it myself and see if it might help my son, but so far have not.
I look forward to checking your sites and getting more information. This might indeed be something legit??? My friend has very little arthritic, hip or knee pain now. She sleeps soundly and wakes refreshed. Much improvement for her.
