@tennis123 Hello, I know this post is almost 3 years old, but I am having some of the exact same symptoms. Did you ever get any answers about the vibrating in your lower body while sitting? I have the vibrations you describe, and I have terrible hot flashes (I am perimenopausal though), terrible neck and lower back pain - the muscles are unbelievably tight and knotted, so much so that massage only helps for about a day or two and they are right back to being tight. My muscles shake, and the biggest issue is the lower body vibrating that I have while sitting, mostly in my left leg. The pain goes from my low back down into my hip and down my leg all the way to my left foot. The vibrating/buzzing/pulsating that happens drives me crazy. I have had 5 brain MRIs and two neck MRIs with no serious issues being diagnosed. They say I have stenosis and bulging discs, and I also have occipital neuralgia. I am about to get an MRI of my low back and left hip to see what could be going on there. I have also been waking up at night with heart racing certain I am having a heart attack, so I see cardiology tomorrow. I was diagnosed with POTs in 2023, so not sure if it is a POTs flare up or some new issue that has decided to appear. Every time I have been to the ER for any weird symptoms they tell me they can't find anything and send me home with papers saying I have an anxiety disorder. Well of course I'm anxious, anyone would be if they had this many crazy symptoms every day. Last ER visit $32k was billed to my insurance company, and I got absolutely no answers except I have anxiety 🙁

I have many of your symptoms and also trigeminal nerve pain and constant dizziness/lighheadedness/off balance which started after a vertigo attack a year ago. Lying in bed at night my whole body pulsates and feels like internal waves. It’s been over two years, many tests and imaging and no answers. I have never had Covid, so for me, it’s not that.
