Hi friend im from india pune city
I also have same type of problame from last 2 yrs
I hav done several ecg ,2d eco but it cant helpfull
I am losting my mind beacuse of these problems like burping, palpitations,chest pain ,back pain ,left hand pain ,lost of mind
Please guide mi friend to how to tackle the problem

Since there is shortness of breath, lungs can be a cause aside from anxiety. The only concern with the symptoms is the hands. I also just had a belching today that felt like a heart attack due to my stomach having no food for fasting. There was a sensation, and my hands were perspiring. My heart rate was suddenly up as well as my controlled BP. If it were a heart attack, I should be dead now I think... I am on maintenance and all my results are ok
