HIFU Ultrasound treatment goes by many different names - TulsaPro being just one - and they are all a little different so you really have to break them down.
One caveat I might offer: a surgeon who ‘does’ ultrasound is not the same as one who ONLY does ultrasound, OK?
A Stradivarius in the hands of a master makes beautiful music; but in the hands of fiddler who sometimes sits in, it’s a pawn shop grade instrument.
Whatever treatment you choose, just be sure you really want THAT treatment - and then find the person who does that treatment the BEST.
HIFU might be great and yes, it is a modality which allows for surgery or radiation if it fails, but your doctors approach cannot be “Well, let’s try this first and if it fails…”.
His/her belief in the treatment being successful and right for your case is what really matters. Best,
