I see my oncologist on the 24th. It's not confirmed yet but the found abnormal cells in my urine and my remaining kidney suspicious of urothelial carcinoma. I'm getting retested on the 20th. The doctor that did the test already has mentioned that my remaining kidney would have to be removed. No mention of anything else like, radiation, immunotherapy or anything else.

That would mean I would not need my stoma since my body would not produce urine. I would need dialysis the rest of my life. I have been having ctDNA tests since September of last year. All of which were negative.

I know I'm jumping to my own conclusions. I'll check the link out that you sent. Thanks for responding

@ronzee50, I added your question to the Ostomy group as well. I'll be interested what you learn from your upcoming appointments.
