I’m using a high quality handheld red light device at home 4 times a week on my neck. I had a neck dissection and radiation 3 years ago. I experience ongoing mild to moderate lymphedema and some radiation fibrosis. It seems to help. I would say it offers some temporary relief and from what I’ve read may provide a cumulative long term benefit. I use it in conjunction with self massage and a vibration plate to help with lymphatic drainage.

@smittyfromcuse Can you share the brand and where you purchased it? I'd like to try it but not spend a lot trying it out. I see a number of them on Amazon but I have no way of knowing their quality. I'm so glad its working for you.
