Find a physical therapist or DO that knows how to do a new thing called "Battlefield Acupuncture".
It is very very tiny needle tips that fit in your ear. You leave them in for 3 days and the pain is gone.
Pain free usually last 2 weeks for me, but it seems to be getting longer and longer.
They were invented by the USAF and they are a way of teaching the brain to do one thing,
but not to do the other..thats what I was told anyway. I don't really care, all I know is THEY WORK!
