In know this is sort of off topic, but for those of you who took lithium, but are not any more, did you replace it with an effective medication? I have tried to go off and it has not worked.

My Dr transitioned me to Lamotrigine. It has worked well, no side effects. I wish I was transitioned years ago. Take it once a day.
