@steveinarizona your situation sounds like mine. I went to so many arthritis doctors and surgeons and idiots. It would astounded you. My hand was hurting so bad that the arthritis surgeon said he could take it off but he couldn’t put it back on. Turns out they’re all idiots. I had gout. All they would look at are my x-rays and say you’re loaded with arthritis. Order some ZAZZEE tart cherry capsules I think it’s 3000:1. There’s only one on Amazon. You’ll be better in 24 hours. I suffered for 30 years! 30 years and all it was was gout. I have all the other things that you have I’ve had six joint replacement surgeries. I needed those surgeries anyway, but the whole body inflammation the sore, stiff hands and wrist and all the other things attributed to this stenosis in the carpal tunnel, blah blah blah. It was gout pain. Good luck I hope that’s your problem. Let me know if it worked.

@loriesco
Thanks. But gout is not my problem. My neurologist had referred me to a rheumatologist who tested me for gout and I did not have it. I wish that was the solution. I think I have arthritis at the base of the thumb in both hands and it sometimes turns into carpal tunnel syndrome.
