I adopted a dog -Ryder- from an Indian reservation 6 years ago. He has saved my life 5 times since then.He is a wonderful companion and service dog.
We walk up to 5 miles a day in parks, zoos, gardens , etc.

I also crochet shawls etc and give them to my church. I “include “hugs” in the stitches.

Each day I begin and end my day recounting all my blessings and how grateful I am!

@davi0284 well sounds like you have the situation well in hand, a companion that is faithful and true to you. That in itself is a miracle in the best way. Able to walk that many miles is a stress reliever and the dog is one too. your hobby helps others and you have a church group that seems to cover you there. I have a lot of stress in my life and had a major anxiety problem that was subconscious and found out last minuet like in my awareness of my little spot in life. medications and a counselors have turned the tide for me. on to many meds to say exactly what works and what does not. I am still under my caregivers watchful eyes. sounds like you are well ahead of me for now, but i am trying to change how i live and maintain my days. hope you find what you are searching for and have a blessed day today. Sending a prayer that you find what you need----sent.
