@handera Many thanks for the links. I'm thinking that acupuncture should be available as an alternative without side effects. I will see how it works out for me.

@johnwf, acupuncture is a treatment offered as part of integrative oncology programs (https://www.mayoclinic.org/departments-centers/integrative-oncology/overview/ovc-20542190) at some cancer centers, including Mayo Clinic.
