Hi, I have been on RECLAST infusions 1x yearly. I recently found out it has basically done nothing for my Osteoporosis. I have been high dosages of vitamin B-12 1000mg.now have to have a right hip replacement, due to Osteoporosis and bone death with Norcrossis.

@auntymimi reclast medicine is only supposed to keep you from losing more bone. You have to exercise and lift weights in order to build bone or take three other medicines which are quite dangerous for bone building. I'm sorry that you have to have a hip-operation. how old are you and do you know how you became an and do you know how you became osteoporotic Are you exercising at all? My problem is I've been exercising but the omeprazole I've been taking has been taking bones from me and I must be on it otherwise I would have disastrous reflux. Are you able to build a bong by lifting weights?
