Hi,
I have been taking Prostasan a Saw Palmetto extract pill for a number of years to ease BPH issues. Not sure how effective it really is, - but I have not had any side effects that I have noticed.

@sorentj I've been taking Saw Palmetto but stopped due to a recent surgery. I see a urologist yearly since my dad had his prostate removed many years ago. My PSA has been high but it's most likely due to an enlarged prostate. Not sure if the saw palmetto helped but this week my PSA is 7.38. Last year, it was 8.15 and before that, it was 7.88.
