I take Vitamin D because my seizure medications are both enzyme inducing drugs which increase their own metabolism lowering my level. But I don't just take it arbitrary. I take only what my physician orders.
How much were you taking?

@jakeduck1. Low vitamin D levels several years ago. Dr suggested I take it to bring levels up. Probably should have had it checked sooner.
