@beachesanddreams I think it would be beneficial for osteopenia and osteoporosis. I buy my supplements on Amazon. Here is what I'm taking, with no side effects noticed:
180mcg Menaquinone-7 (MK7) - TrueVantage brand and
45,000 mcg (45 mg) of vitamin K2 (menaquinone-4) - Life Extension K2 High Potency brand

@daisy17 I’ve made a copy, thank you. If you don’t mind my asking, how is your bloodwork? It’s great you are tolerating with no side effects - that’s very promising - but are your basic levels still good?
