@daisy17 I didn’t know this. It’s quite interesting. Is it for osteoporosis, osteopenia, or as a preventive medication?

@beachesanddreams I think it would be beneficial for osteopenia and osteoporosis. I buy my supplements on Amazon. Here is what I'm taking, with no side effects noticed:
180mcg Menaquinone-7 (MK7) - TrueVantage brand and
45,000 mcg (45 mg) of vitamin K2 (menaquinone-4) - Life Extension K2 High Potency brand
