National Kidney Foundation: https://www.kidney.org/treatment-support/communities
American Assn of Kidney Patients: https://aakp.org/center-for-patient-engagement-and-advocacy/support-groups/

While they are not part of Mayo Clinic, there are worthwhile groups available to you!
