Anyone had success with Low-Dose Naltrexone for PEM, Chronic Fatigue?

I've only been on it a few weeks and am at 3 mg. It is helping my gut tremendously.
If I keep up on my sleep hygiene, I think it is giving me a few hours of energy per day so far.
Those are huge improvements for me.

Good to hear you’re responding so well. Next week my LDN dose goes up to 3 mg. No improvement yet, but, but some studies show it takes up to 9 months for some to respond. I remain hopeful.
