It still works for me.

In my humble opinion (IMHO) if a person has been on a med / same dose for a LONG time, the body becomes accustomed to it and can be rather complacent in response. At times us patients need to enlist our providers to help us make some changes that will get our bodies responding again to whatever the treatment is that is supposed to be helping us.
