I am on Evenity after a Quantitative CT showed osteopenia 2.2 2.1. I dm 81 snd for many years my DXA scans were normal including the one just 4 months prior to the QCT.
I was alarmed when my husband had 3 compression fractures and his DXA was osteopenia; however a subsequent QCT showed severe osteoporosis.
I’ve had 4 Evenity injections and may have some joint /stiffness issues but not sure reason and are tolerable.
I would say just make certain to get all the blood tests searching for causes of your fracture risk before taking meds.
Consider hormone replacement, weight training and supplements for a time first . Seek an endocrinologist
