How about a laugh, (hopefully)
I believe laughter is the best medicine. Laughter has actually been scientifically proven to help people with depression issues.
Let’s give it a try so we can all get happy and feel better. Many Epilepsy forums I’ve been on had joke sections. I was probably the biggest joke of all since I didn’t get a lot of the jokes. They said the jokes couldn’t be above 4th grade level for me to understand them so my jokes may be rather simplistic but let’s give it a try.

burger place Quack!. Thought it was chicken..very tasty although I am not a
fan of fried food..shared a very good burger.
Tonight is pizza ..family here..tmrw is salmon before we head out to
outdoor theater.
Always have my one piece of dark chocolate . Got a tub of dark chocolate
peanut butter cups from trader joes . Sublime
Stay well..eat chocolate, drink wine and you can be as old as me

Okay I will let them into the pool. Not wild about duck eating anyway. We have gators here. Couple years ago one was walking on my street..we live near the water and I can see the Anclote from my living room.
Lots of deer here too. Another morning the entire family of deer including the big buck was on our front lawn. Couldn’t get the phone out of my pocket fast enough to take a picture.
We have a reserve in our subdivision so we see occasional bobcats and large turtles. Bugs and squirrels galore. Welcome to Florida.
