@jodeej Hello JoDee,

It is always good to hear from you. It is wonderful to be outside, isn't it? Congratulations on your walking, resistance training, that is wonderful! The 2 pound loss is encouraging isn't it?

I look forward to hearing about your experience with the Mayo recipe book - I'm sure you will have some delicious meals.

Teresa

@hopeful33250 @rosemarya @jodeej I had been using a Misfit tracker and had frequent problems with it but their C/S kept me loyal since they were so good. At this point it is discouraging though because it has been having more and more problems. I didn't wear it for a few months after my knee replacement and now they (I actually have multiples, different models) just are a nuisance so I am thinking about trying a Fitbit. I went with Misfit because they were one of the few you could wear in the water but now Fitbit has waterproof ones also.
The two pound loss really is encouraging. As they say, "success breeds success". I found that to be very true.

@contentandwell That does sound good, JK
