@surftohealth88 That sound like a perfect approach. CA has a highly regulated market. If you go into a dispensary (most of the clients you'll see have gray hair and clean cut) the "budtenders" at the service counters are very knowledgeable and like to help people find the right product. There are many formulated products that have THC, CBD, and sometimes melatonin in various proportions. A starting dose of THC is 5mg. Below that there may be no effect. An experienced dose is 10 mg. A Deadhead dose is 20mg, but that's a different story. Usually Indica strains are very calming and sleep inducing. Wana brand has several sleep formulations I have used, and there are many other brands too. If you're not comfortable going in person, there is a ton of information on-line. Good luck in your journey!

I have also found great relief in meditation. I'm a beginner in that, but have found lots of Sound Bath and Tibetan Meditation albums/videos on-line. I practiced it daily, lying on my back getting radiation for 6 weeks; made the session go by effortlessly and in a calming way.

Hopefully "something" and possibly multiple things in synergy will give me some calm : )) - I just have to start taking care of myself (finally) *sigh...
