@gram13 welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. I am terrible with acronyms. Iga is somewhat familiar to me in terms of my own Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD). Mgus sounds like an acronym referring to a related condition. I believe other Mayo Clinic Connect members have this. Would you be willing to tell a bit more about your condition so that members who respond have a better idea what you are asking pertaining to “elevated Iga”? Also I’m not sure about the “Kappa/lambda ratio is 7.42”. This sounds like lab results. Could you elaborate?
