@ltb7 - sorry to hear you are experiencing all these difficulties. I don’t have any definitive answers for you but it might help to know how others are coping with some of the same symptoms. I had Covid in 2023, followed by reactivation of previously well controlled asthma and more seriously a complete heart block. Following a pacemaker implant, I had a pericardial effusion from irritation from pacemaker lead. After draining the effusion and replacement of leads, I was left with a continuing feeling of chest tightness and heaviness. It felt like a tight band across my breasts. When the heaviness became too uncomfortable, I was able to get some relief from asthma rescue inhaler. To this day, I still have the tightness but it has lessened and repositioned to around the lower rib cage. My pulmonologist thought it might have been due to nerve irritation from the pericardiocentesis procedure. So no real answers and I’ve just continued to live with it. I’m able to do my work out activities such as swimming and stationary biking with the aid of asthma inhalers. So my situation is not exactly like yours but maybe give you hope that time will help lessen your symptoms.

@britelite thank you for the reply and I’m sorry also that you’ve been through so much. I’m hoping to get some answers at my follow up this week and can start to feel better.
