Left temporal lobe lobectomy?

I had left temporal lobe surgery in 2013. I haven't had a tonic clonic since the day before my surgery. I had one focal aware seizure while I was sick with Covid & pneumonia in 2021. I do have some memory problems but it got better with time. Right after my surgery I had problems finding my words but that improved with time too. I have what they call focal cerebral dysfunction over the left mid posterior. I get these feelings over the left side of my brain sometimes that feel like the feeling you get when you move after a part of your body that falls asleep. That odd tingling feeling that you get is the only way I can describe it. I hope that makes sense. It lasts a few seconds but I am aware during it. My Dr once told me that it's those areas of my brain that have been disconnected & they are trying to find each other to cause a seizure. I hope this helps you.
