@lenmayo I'm far from an authority on this, truly, but what I recall reading is that all electrolytes have a role in myocyte activity, and in cellular function. This means calcium, potassium, and magnesium. I feel our friend should get a formal evaluation from a physician who can look at all possible clues, even blood ferratin levels....they also matter. So, it's time for a 'workup.'
