What does progression really mean?

I am wondering if a slight increase of m spike like .04 is considered progression?
Is any increase in m spike considered progression? My doctor really didn’t want to discuss yet i also bave a ratio of 2.4 which had fluctuated a little and Kappa light chains which go up and down

I wonder why your dr was not concerned. Have you posted your diagnosis? How long ago you were diagnosed? Some of us came in with known diagnosis like MDS. I was low grade to mid at diagnosis. That may be why the DR is not so concerned.
More on this site will post, so a bit more info may help. Also call your nurse may be someone to have check again.
