Yes, glucose. Low carb ketosis gives your body fuel but slows cancer. I have MGCS and my m-spike number dropped from .9 to .68!!! I use c8 MCT in my morning coffee with a tablespoon of 100% cacoa organic powder and collagen and creatine. Keeping calories low. Seems to be working!
